Wesley Baldwin

Dr. Wesley Baldwin  came to East Maryville in December 2024. Pastor Wes has served churches in Tennessee, Texas, and Florida prior to coming to East Tennessee.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Communications at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has also earned a Masters of Divinity and a PhD from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. While in Texas, he served on staff at the 40,000+ member Prestonwood Baptist Church under the leadership of Jack Graham.

Pastor Wes enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their three children Abigail, Elijah, and Judah. He also enjoys gardening, watching football, and running. His preaching style is that of a teacher. His desire is to help people read the Bible better and possess a greater understanding of God’s Word.
