CALENDAR REQUEST

Due to the large number of events and ministry opportunities our church participates in, we can only approve outside calendar events six months in advance to ensure the church is able to effectively carry out their annual ongoing ministries. In order to have a quick response to your calendar request, we do ask you to provide as many details as possible. This allows us to prepare for your event easier. We understand that details change as the event gets closer. Know that we will be in communication, but we do ask for you to contact us if major changes are made (date/time change or large needs).
